I bought the DTCRCH 1080P HD Small Nanny Cam and was impressed by its clear video quality and simple setup. It’s very easy to use and discreet because it looks like a car key. The loop recording works well, and battery life is decent. Great for basic home or car monitoring needs at an affordable price. I would definitely recommend it.

This is a great little camera. I have tried several types and this deserves a review. The picture quality is great. Not all 1080p are created equal! Unlike some smaller cameras, it captures sound as well. It is very easy to use, no learning curve. The look of it is incredibly realistic. No one is ever going to look twice. One thing you should take note, this records video to watch later - is does not live stream. But they do not advertise that it does so that's not a knock, just something to be aware of if thats what you're looking for.

My first issue is the video quality. I read the reviews and everyone gave this 5 stars so I bought it based on that. The 1080p I understand is not close to 4k, however 1080p should be a great clear video. All the reviews, and the amazon ad said the video was a clear HD quality. When I did a test video and looked at the recording it was very grainy. It was well lit with overhead lights so I was a but surprised. The video quality was closer to 720 than 1080p. The other issue I have is that the power port is not USB C, it is the old micro B. Only the micro SD adapter is USB C. To their credit it does take videos and audio so it does do that, and the controls are easy to use. The instrucation booklet was clear and easy to understand. If you are looking for a clear HD quality video this one is not it.

This tiny camera is easy to set up and the video quality is decent for its size. The loop recording works well, and the battery lasts long enough for everyday use. It’s great for keeping an eye on things at home or in the car. Sometimes the footage is a bit soft, but still useful.

Started off great! No complaints! Then noticed that file became corrupted if/when camera is in dark. I thought it was a fluke. So I repeated process. Recording in Nirmal day room light. No issues then if lights go out or room is dark, file size is smaller due to no images being captured. Audio records but needed an Audio player for the audio. It's a bit buggy with dark videos.

Decent video quality, more like 720p to me than 1080p. But pretty crisp overall. Microphone audio isn't bad either. Main complaint if you have a light source the video gets washed out very easily. Instruction booklet is very good and easy to understand. I have not had a chance to validate its battery life. Downloading video to my laptop was quite easy.
