I am looking for a gift for a person following the Paleo diet and he's very strict. Do the fruits have sugar added to them?

since there is no option for a card; will receiver know who it is from?

Actually there is an option for a personal message and gift wrap. Early in the check out process there is a small check box that you can select indicating it is a gift. This check box isn't too obvious and should be made more obvious, in my opinion. Then, later in the check out you will have the option of a gift card and gift wrapping. I think the gift wrapping was an extra $3.99.

I really don't know. However I was disappointed in the quality and quantity for the price that it was. The picture looked good but the fruit was like chewing rubber, the nuts tasted stale. I was not pleased.
