Missed the first delivery date. No definite delivery given for the subsequent date. Lastly informed lets see in the third attempt. A vague reply. Led to cancellation of the order.

The book is excellent , my only complain is that when I received the books, one of the book's front cover was already slightly damaged..

For a pathologist, not only a beginner pathologist, this book is a must have. There is also an online version.

Great price. Delivery time slightly earlier than expected

Very helpful to a first year resident. This serves as an authoritative textbook to reassure me that I have not drawn grievously wrong inferences from the more succinct references which I initially consult in hard-copy and online. It also helps me express myself more articulately and confidently when I ask questions of my senior residents. The hard copy of Sternberg helps my brain appreciate that a high-priority chapter is something important which I want to learn - this has something to do with a fixed location on the page triggering my hippocampus and facilitating short-term memory consolidation. The online access is for quick search and for taking screen shots of key images for my own notes.In practice I often skim large parts of a "high-priority" chapter - I am early in training and the total information available is rather much, but winnowing the text for what is helpful and what is presently too advanced is part of me getting my pathology-specific information processing up to speed.The photographs are generally excellent, but often I do wish there were arrows to make sure I was interpreting description into visual correctly.After one month of use, I remain very happy with this purchase.
