Good bariatric multivitamin. Easy to swallow. They don't smell the best, but they're not made for smelling. The color is a yellowish color. The taste is not bad. These are actually what was recommended from my Dr after bariatric surgery. Hope this helps

I am two years post op and started taking these vitamins 3 weeks ago. I needed something different than the ones that dissolve on your tongue. The vitamins themselves are fine, no smell, easy to swallow and do what they are supposed to do. However, for me they make me nauseous. I tried taking them before eating, after eating, in the morning , at night, or even with crackers. I tried to take these vitamins any way I could but the end result was the same extreme nausea. I guess it’s back to the search for a good multivitamin for me because this nausea is not something I can deal with every day.

I ordered these vitamins in May 2018 as I was having Gastric Sleeve Surgery (GSS) (Bariatric Weight Loss Surgery). In my research of GSS, I knew that I would have to be on a multivitamin for life due to the surgery and having to have a good source of daily vitamin supplement. I took these with me when I went to Mexico for surgery and asked my doctor if these would be a good supplement. She was really surprised about how good of a product it was and stated that it was better than the supplements that clinic sold. The vitamins the clinic sold was $300+. Which is not unusual. That’s the going price you would pay for them from a Bariatric surgical clinic here in the States. I told her that I ordered them from Amazon and that surprised her too. She said she was going to look into the clinic there getting them for patients post Bariatric surgery. I say cut out any of the clinics and buy this product from Amazon. There are a little big for me to swallow but I open the capsule and add it to my daily Premier Protein shake. I add a little milk to the shake to thin it out some and then add the contents of the capsule and shake really good. It hasn’t really got a flavor so you can’t taste it in the shake and that’s good. So I would say it doesn’t really have a flavor. I’m over 2 years post op and my routine blood work continues to be good and I’ve had consistent and great levels on everything. Definitely add this to your daily routine if you’ve had weight loss surgery. This supplement really works and the price is fantastic. I’ve ordered this 11 times since my surgery and will continue to do so
