Really excellent set! There is a good variety of plates, they’re well made, and they’re easy to use. I have a few other molds in different sizes and I love that the design of these allows you to detach the parts that come into contact with food to wash them, so you don’t have to get water on the metal spring. I have used these for mooncakes and Taiwanese pineapple tarts with excellent results. Highly recommend.

I was looking for a mold for my polvoron. At first I was looking at the traditional Filipino mold for it, but found it to be too expensive. I found this, it came with 2 sizes and adjustable height. I used the 35g, set to the thinnest level, and my polvoron came out perfect, with the added bonus of a design. I made it for my family and they thought it was cute. Much cheaper than the traditional Filipino mold, so I say its a win. Comes with different designs.

I bought these to make mung bean cakes and they don't disappoint. Love the ease use with quick interchangeable designs. To clean them, I fill a large container with warm water, a few squirts of vinegar to cut the grease and liquid dish detergent. Soak all the parts for 30min and rinse with warm water. I prefer not to put them in dishwasher because of the metal coils. That's just my personal preference.

It is good to us, a little big for my using. The form’s design is not beautiful and not so good on cake.

I simply love moon cakes, and it was one of the great mysteries to me: how do they get those beautiful patterns on top? This little gadget really delivers the goods. Sturdy, easy to clean, nice variety of designs and sizes. I would have liked a few recipes and some thing to read about the history and culture of moon cakes. But I’m sure I can find that online. I love this little thing.

I was looking for 180-200g moon cake molds & found these. Bought 2. I only used the round flower stamp, which has less details & deeper print than the other stamps. It turned out OK, easy to use but I still prefer wooden molds because the one of the plastic molds has already cracked during the exchange of stamps. Put some super glue on it & put a set in a Goodwill bag, perhaps someone will have fun with it. I prefer wooden molds for traditional baking.

Very nice & easy to use & clean !! So practical & time savers when doing lots of cookies!! Size is perfect & variety of design !!

Garbage. Molds do not fit inside press device. Cheap and poorly made.

Perfect bath bomb maker. Love it! I wish I’d know about these before; I wouldn’t have wasted so much product using aluminum and plastic molds.

I got these for shampoo bars but found out I can make conditioner bars with them too. Works great, no issues with product sticking, no starch needed. Can’t wait to try with mooncakes.
