Q: How long are the sleeves

I am 6ft 2in with broad shoulders and long arms from pulling ropes when sailing! I always have to buy XL for this reason. So, this shirt is very well made and has more than ample room for under layers. My BMI is in the normal range, so I don't stretch the material. Fully loaded the sleeves are just the length I need i.e. unusually long for long sleeves. Dont know about other sizes. It would be a shame to harm it on the rugby field.

Q: what chest size is 'L'?

I recently purchased the Medium size and I find it a comfortable fit for a 40-42" chest, so I would reckon the L is 44+". I hope you find this reply of some use!

Now I'm 5'8 (female) with long arm's, I got the large and it fits. If I ordered one for my boyfriend who is 6'4 I would go for the xxl . Hope this helps
