Although this product is an excellent looking and rugged device, Zello will not recognize the PTT button on my iPhone 6S Plus running iOS 12.1. When Bluetooth pairing, I keep holding the PTT button until the device announces "ios support"--and it pairs just fine. However, despite many attempts, Zello simply will not recognize the PTT button, making it useless for me. I plan on returning it.It's a shame. I had high hopes for the device. Additionally, there is no support contact for help after the purchase.EDIT: After updating Zello to the newest version, the device is recognized by the iPhone 6S Plus and now works flawlessly.Problem solved and now I’m very happy with it!

It’s ok I like the idea about it the sound is good and the battery last all day even with music playing.

The battery was drained in less than 6 hours. The product is cumbersome and if you use tour right hand to use it, you end up pressing call button along with ptt, resulting in placing phone calls . Absolutely not worth the money.

We bought these to keep our phones safe in our camping and hiking travels. If any of you are thinking of this MK3 for camping then you have the same thoughts I do, when you are backing into a spot it can make the conversation quieter than yelling across the campsite to your wife to see how much farther you need to back up. We recently took a trip out west and hiked to a beautiful waterfall and there were several cliffs that we could have dropped our phones or it could have fallen down the waterfall. With this you can keep your cell phone safe and dry in your bag and carry this IP56 Certified rugged PTT device and clip it on your camelback or your belt. They took one of the benefits from the MK1 with the stylus and incorporated into this one too.
