The Godrej technician in Gorakhpur, i.e. UCLAP INDIA (OPC) PVT LTD is a potential criminal
When they came to install the lock in my house, they kept making enquiries aimed at estimating our income, wealth, salary we pay to our househelp, to our driver, number of people that live in the house as well as gender, etc. After getting the lock installed by UCLAP INDIA (OPC) PVT LTD, we actually feel less safe than before they visited our premises.We sincerely urge the local authorities as well as Godrej management to take note of this. Should a crime take place in any Gorakhpur premise where UCLAP INDIA (OPC) PVT LTD installed the locks, they should be questioned with utmost suspicion.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Godrej locks is a trusted brand BUT received wrong product - Ordered Night latch for OUTSIDE OPENING DOOR Product WRONGLY received as Night Latch for Inside Opening Doors. Please replace.

Good quality lock
Good product. No company fixation provided. Have to bring local carpenter. Took 800. Lock is good though with good design and comforting click when closing the door. Very smooth. Working perfectly

Good locks the fix cost more than lock
The lock is good but need extra caution on its lock if the door gets closed and no key from outside then it’s very hard to unlock at all . Rest all good but the fixing cost of this lock by godrej is 1500 too too high
