I got the Savya Home® Delta Executive Ergonomic Office Chair a few months back, and I have been extremely impressed with its quality and functionality. As someone who spends long hours sitting at a desk, having a comfortable and supportive chair is crucial for my productivity and overall well-being. The sleek and modern design of the chair caught my attention. The black upholstery and chrome accents give it a professional and sophisticated look, making it a perfect addition to any office space. The chair also has a sturdy and durable build, which gives me confidence that it will last for a long time. One of the standout features of this chair is the height-adjustable seat. This is a game changer for me as I am short and have struggled with finding a chair that fits my height comfortably. With the Savya Home® Delta chair, I can easily adjust the seat to my preferred height, providing me with the perfect level of support for my back and legs. The chairs are decent and worth the price paid. The only downside is that the chairs are inconsistent and the tools that come with the chairs are of substandard quality. As a person who is very DIY-minded, I have my own tools so assembly and setup were a breeze. But if I had to use the tools provided, then I would probably give this a much lower rating. A couple of our chairs have a mesh-like seat cushion area, which the others are plain cushions without the net-like effect. The levers are also inconsistent. Some have them higher, others are lower. The lock for the backrest only seems to work at one particular angle and not the others. Center of balance can be quite bothersome for taller people who want to lean back and stretch (i.e., it will topple over backwards if you lean too far back if you're a tall person like me).

Service Support - Great Service in Delhi Product - After using this chair for 2 weeks now, I am sure I will buy better chair in future (even at higher price). Handrest can't be adjusted. After usage, it turns out they are not a luxury. I thought it will be not a big deal but actually using the chair is not as comfortable with rigid handrests. Major Problem - 1. Back Support has too little resistance. My weight is only 65 kg but still back support swivel to the end with not much resistance. So, I have to stop using that. 2. Back Support Lock Rod is loose. The rod which stops back movement, suddenly slide automatically over usage of 5/6 hours. Which result in a jolt. 3. Back Support is tightened with only 3 screws. I am worried they will break one day. 4. Back Support swivel result in sound due to metal on metal movement. There should have been a cushion between them. It is irritating. 5. Back Support height is low. It is not optimum for average person. I don't know whether any other chair in this price range would be better, but next time I will definitely bye a better one.

I wasn't planning to write this review until. its been exactly a year since i last ordered this chair. It came with two screws missing which it was suppose to be three of them. i didn't think of it as a big deal. i went to some local stores to get similar screws which i did find. it worked for few months until the screws started loosening up on its own and the top part of the chair broke due to it while i was leaning on it. i picked it up and did the screws again. worked great for few more months and then today, that happened again. while i was leaning on the chair, i fell and rolled over on my back. the chair broke in half again. while the chair is good and cheap i do not recommend it cause i use it in constant thought that such incident may happen again. this time it was my back that got hurt. mayb it will be head the next time. i have uploaded a picture also to let you know what exactly i am talking about.

Writing this review after more than one year of use. I was little doubtful when I bought this chair. Thanks to most of the negative review comments. This chair was one of the cheapest office chair at that time. Since I do not want to spend much (thinking that work from home will be short term :-)) I bought this. The packing was perfect. Assembling the chair was also not that difficult. Most of the chair parts are plastic. The foam in the seat is comfortable for long duration usage. The back support mesh is good and give better aeration. The only downside I experience is on the hand rests. They are thin and bends when you balance your body on it. And for me the hand rest is little lower than my elbows. So as a result its not completely ergonomic. For this price we cannot expect more. I am sure this is far better than what we get in market for 5-6K (i bought this for 3.5K). If you are looking for basic chair you can bank on this chair. I did not regret in buying this. If you want a complete ergonomic compliant chair, this is not for you. Also be ready to spend more.

good product

Initially it was fine but the product comes with limited ergonomic features. Default settings only. We can't adjust anything else except height and waist push back. Lumbar support is not available. Headrest ofcourse not. The back support is fully net. So high chances of back ache. I suffered alot all these days. After using for these many months, like 12 , I faced a damage. Absolutely no over weight over night, but it started cracking up.. this disappointed me. I think I spent almost 4000/- Check the photos before you pick this up. My advice: For continuous WFH like an IT professional, this is strictly not the right chair. This might go well at the counter, but not for the WFH setup. Check the videos too
