Great electric brush but NON-RETURNABLE.
Great electric brush but still need to do it gently without applying any pressure as the pressure sensor works without signaling any light or sound. Besides due to rarity of electric brush models it may come with international charger (like USA) which won't work in India. Solution- buy another oral-b vitality 100 to make it work.

Has only one speed, mode.
Does not have options for modes. Plus if the pressure is high it just pauses but does emit a sound. Otherwise ok.

False expectations but a good device.
The toothbrush is great and I have no complaints about it. However, I have plenty of complaints about the advertisement which led to false expectations. Since I bought it in India from amazon.in, the advertisement should have made clear (1) that the charger is built for 110 volts as stamped on the charger itself, (2) that it has an American plug, (3) that it is shipped form the U.S., and (4) that is comes with a brush as shown. Since I already own one that I bought in America and brought with me to India, I would never have bought a second one. I got it just to have a 220 volt charger.
