The spout works well even after a year now. Only thing is pressure is little bit down but not much of a concern.... Overall good product go for it.... We have a very usage....

It is already more than two months using the product. When received the product it was properly packed and item was loking clean and clear, the chrome finish was good.Tap was easy to install and can be fitted by anyone having pipe ranch or any professional plumber can be hired. It is good and easy to use. The neck area of the tap is so flexible to use in any direction. Flow of water is good in both modes and can be used in both hot and cold water.

Good for few weeks, that is all!
The product works amazingly for 2-3 weeks and then the tap starts to leak and there is a dual option to switch the mode of water flow that switch is made of some cheap plastic it will break easily and the water flow will become inconsistent and start oozing from all the places making it impossible to wash the utensils as the water will splatter all over you! Bad product!!!!
