Fan is good,matte color, speed, air delivery and overall build is upto mark. It's been 3 months I'm using this fan and not a single complaint against fan. Also use continuously for more than 60 hours and find ni issue regarding heat or performance drop.Fan canopy looks fragile and tricky to setup perfectly. It also attract less dust than other fans. It's also little small compared to traditional 1200mm fan while blade are same lenth.But the problem start with remote, overall bulid quality of remote seems like cheap toys. Plastic feels low and looks hollow. I also have a atomberg fan and comparing both remote the atomberg is 10x more good than this. There's only single beep when you press any button for indication so you only can guess if you enable or disable any function. Still can't figure out how timers and sleep function works, It's always a hit or miss.Remote dropped once from table(about 2 feet height) and broke.So overall fan is good but remote has to be better.

PROS: It will save money on you light bill, energy efficient. Built is good.Fan Timer feature is really good and useful (on winter days when i need fan at night till 3-4am but after that my nose gets block)No hardware issueCONS:You have to point remote horizontal towards fan and it doesn't work on single button press, you've to press and hold it till the beep sound comes (only that time fan receives the single).Air flow is what should be considered, it's not good! small rooms will have no issue but a medium sized or large rooms don't get air on edges/corners. Airflow is center focused.-it's overall decent product but will suggest other at this point.

I bought this fan on 9th November 2023, and by 19th May 2025, it completely stopped working — not even two years later. Since it was still under warranty, I contacted Crompton customer service. A technician finally arrived two days later, checked the unit, and said the PCB needs replacement.Then began the real pain:1. I was told the part would arrive in 3 days.2. After that, the technician stopped answering my calls and never showed up.3. On 26th May, I contacted Crompton again, and this time, they told me I now have to wait 10 to 15 more days for a full replacement fan.Today is 11th June, and still no technician, no update, no replacement, and zero accountability from Crompton.This is completely unacceptable. The product failed too early, and the after-sales service is even worse. I regret buying from Crompton — this has been nothing but a frustrating experience.
