Worth it!
I was a little hesitant to purchase something refurbished but this iPod Touch has been amazing! I had an iPod Touch (5th Gen) that I bought new in 2017. It was hanging on by a thread, the software was glitching and it would skip songs and crash the music app a bunch. My AirPod 4s wouldn’t connect due to how old the software is. I decided to give this one a try and it’s well worth it! Downloading my music from iTunes was a breeze, the iPod Touch responds seamlessly and the best part is my AirPod 4s connect to Bluetooth. I haven’t had any issues with battery life so far.

It was a risky purchase considering that ipods are outdated and there is no support for them anymore. Still when I opened the box it made me smile. I had an old one that burned because of excessive use so this one comes as a great replacement. The new one is prettier than my old one and so far it has been working perfectly fine, so I’m a happy camper.

Refurbished ipod didn't work properly
The battery didn't stay charged. Would not work properly with apple ear buds or generic ear buds. Music would stop playing or cut in and out when ipod was in my pocket. Also had the sane issue not in my pocket. Walking listening to music, all of a sudden, the volume turned all the way up and I could not adjust the volume at all. Volume button stopped working. The return process for this apple product needs to be improved. Was told UPS would pick up the return at my home address and would make 3 attempts. We'll that didn't happen as stated. The update said that they made one attempt and no one was home. The driver didn't show on my ring camera so the update was incorrect. I had to find a UPS location and return it myself. I purchased this on Amazon so the return should follow the Amazon return process which works great! I will never purchase an apple product on Amazon again. Very disappointed 😞

works great
I took my iPod to be fixed and they ruined it so I had to buy a new one. Process was easy. Unit works great. I've had it for about 4 months I think, maybe 6 and have had zero issues. No scratches. Battery seems good so far. Looked new!

Our daughter loves it!
It's been 3 months and still working great! The ios is like 12 or something, so some apps that require 16 or whatever won't work. We found plenty of apps that work well.
