- Tandoori Chicken Preparation Process 1) Wash and wipe 1 Kg chicken pieces and apply the special Giagani Chicken Tandoori Masala, tandoori red color and 200 grams of curd and marinate the same for 2 hours. 2) Take a vessel and slice down small pieces of onions & add 1 table spoon butter in it and fry the same for some time unless it becomes red. Once the onions are nicely cooked in butter add the marinated chicken into it and cook the same on low fire until it is cooked properly. 3) After the above process take a burning coal piece and put the same in the chicken mixture which we just cooked and also add 3 table spoons of ghee and then cover the lid of the vessel in which the chicken mixture and burning coal is there. Once this is done remove the burning coal and sprinkles some coriander leaves & server it hot. Expiry : Please note the product is best before 6 months from the date of packing
