I’ve been using the Littmann Classic III for a few months now and it’s easily one of the best stethoscopes I’ve owned. The sound quality is crisp and clear, making it easy to pick up both high and low-frequency sounds. The dual diaphragm feature is super handy, and it feels comfortable around the neck during long shifts. Great value for the price — highly recommend for both students and professionals!

Das Stethoskop wurde schnell geliefert! Das Stethoskop sieht sehr gut aus und liefert neben einer tollen Akustik auch ein bequemes Tragen. Im PJ bisher alles sicher erkannt mit der Auskultation unter Supervision. Den Vorgänger kenne ich bereits aus dem Rettungsdienst un dieser war/ist ähnlich gut. Es ist stets ein Vergnügen dieses Stethoskop zu nutzen für die Untersuchung der Lunge und Abdomen. Bisher klare Kaufempfehlung! Hab das Stethoskop bei keinem anderen Anbieter günstiger gefunden selbst bei Studententabatt (meist wars mit Porto, dann wieder deutlich teurer)

Littmann Classic III è la Ford degli stetoscopi. Conveniente, di lunga durata, versatile, affidabile e adatto alla maggior parte dei professionisti della medicina. Non incorpora alcuna funzionalità sofisticata. Non raggiunge grandi velocità. Funziona semplicemente e funziona molto bene. Questo modello è lo stetoscopio perfetto per i medici e per gli infermieri e professionisti clinici. Ha una buona acustica, se paragonata ai modelli di categoria superiore, per esempio la serie Cardiology però non ha la stessa chiarezza, o amplificazione o capacità di rilevare dettagli e sfumature. Realizzato in una lega d'acciaio aerospaziale, include anche alcune parti in alluminio anodizzato, i migliori materiali per i pettorali grazie al loro elevato grado di conducibilità del suono. Il tubo di Classic III è realizzato con un materiale che è pieghevole e resistente alla pressione e può tornare alla sua forma originale anche dopo essere stato piegato. Inoltre, non contiene plastificanti al lattice o ftalato nella sua composizione e può resistere sia agli oli per la pelle che all'alcol. Il dispositivo è coperto da una garanzia di cinque anni, ma sono sicuro che questo stetoscopio sia destinato a durare molto di più. Prodotto promosso a pieni voti, anche se la sua qualità viene fatta pagare a caro costo. Consiglio il prodotto senza ombra di dubbio a tutti i professionisti della medicina generale e agli infermieri e professionisti clinici.
