I had ordered this for the first time although I and my husband are regular users of kapiva products. I am very much satisfied with this product. First few times the smell of garlic was offputting for me and I regret to say I left it alone in favour of other kapiva juices.Few months later a week of too much parties and functions caused a start severe constipations that lasted days. Stomach cramps and back pains were so unbearable I thought I was dying. My neighbor who's a doctor advised me to have mint and green tea, ginger ale, and also apple cider vinegar in warm water.Then I remembered this bottle I had neglected. I immediately started on this juice right away and by the end of the day I was feeling lots better. Glad to say the bottle is about to finish and my digestion is doing great. I take it in morning and evening.. also green tea with honey and boiled mint leaves tea. kudos to the kapiva guys.

Using it on a regular basis diluting in lime juice and adding bittercliff honey

Cider vineger is very good for cuting fats when you drink early in the morning with glass of water. I generally take it in empty stomach . After 10mins I take green tea+honey+lemon. After 2 hrs one can take bullet proof coffee with break fast. Believe me it will help you to increase your metabolism and help you to burn fat. One must also try to do minimum of 10k steps to boost weight lost.

I received Wrong item(Received only Apple vinegar not with Garcenia) and my parents did not noticed and i was not there.When i realized till that time return window was closed .I was ready to verify every thing like batch no and all But Amazon did not helped
