can this be used on wet hair?

I always use it after shower and massage it for 5 min I feel it is more affective but even on dry hair it works

?Are they silicone-free

I don’t actually know ,but , they suited my hair and they smell very natural and the conditioner didn’t cause me any hair falls as the rest I’ve tried before
