Muy buena la máquina y todo, efectiva pero si se te acaba el limpiador, no hay el Shark Stainstriker Formula en ningún lado en México. Queda inutil.

This little machine has just been fantastic! It works well in removing stains for the little accidents that occur from time to time. The suction is great and makes the carpet look like new again. Just so you know, I have 2 yorkies and my carpet is a light tan. The machine is so easy to use and works well. It suctions the water up out of the carpet and it looks great. The spray is also very effective in that it covers the area. I love this machine and wish I had got it a long time ago - it would have saved me some frustration.

We had the Bissell green machine for years. It worked well enough but it had some design flaws so when it was time for a new upholstery cleaner we gave this one a shot. It’s a much better design than the Green machine. If you have pets, cleaning that hair out of the machine is vital to the overall effectiveness and health of the machine. Everything comes apart on this, allowing you to clean it out so it doesn’t get clogged and smelly. It works great to remove stains. No leakage, great suction and sprayer. My only complaint is that the cleaner it comes with has a strong chemical smell but it doesn’t last long. I think we’ll try one of the other options for cleaning solution to see how those are. Overall, this is a great purchase.

This is quite the contraption but it’s really helpful cleaning up puppy pee and messes from carpet. I’ve used it much more than I anticipated. Definitely clean it after each use, even when you don’t feel like dealing with it. One issue is I’m not sure what I can use the cleaner on without harm. I use it on an old light tan carpet, and it’s fine. But what about new carpet or my nice sofa or my black car carpet? And I’m not sure whether I can use different detergent than the brand it came with.

Previously had a machine that was green and the tubing always stayed gross. I love that this machine has a self cleaning option. Cleans well and has a strong extractor. The cleaner is hard to find in stores. That’s the only negative I’ve found.
