Flexible, easy to clean, easy to remove food from this mould. I use it for freezing grated coconut, fruit pulp, etc and store in separate jar. I was expecting it to be thicker but it seems to be doing a good job.

Great for making dhai vada/pakoras in air fryer
Bought it to use as molds for making dhai vada and pakoras in air fryer. I had to cut it in half and then trim the sides a bit to make 2 sets that can be used in air fryer. Works very well. Dhai vadas came out round and well done.
