Good for strengthening weak hands.
This ended up being a good fit for me. I was concerned because I read some reviews that it has a tendency to burst open. I did find that the seams prevent it from being squeezed past a certain point, and that if I have more luck if I try to align my thumb so that it's not crossing any of the seams. But since my hands aren't very strong and I'm not in danger of squeezing it too hard for a while yet, this does what I need it to do. I wouldn't recommend it for someone with large hands or already pretty strong hands.

Perfect for loosening hands and joints , just too big.
This is a great ball. Only complaint is just ball is a little too big for the hands. I had bought one a few months ago and it was a perfect size. I lost it and it worked super well so I bought a new one. It came too big. But it’s a great hand therapy ball. My joints get stiff and I use it to loosen them up and works wonders! It’s gel based so it feels good when you squeeze it.

Not bad at all
This product is really well constructed and addresses my needs. I use it for release of stress from a 12 hour workday, where typing and writing is the forefront. It is a touch on the firmer side, but all in all, works very well. I would purchase again.

Love this exercise ball
I have only had this ball for a day, but I love it. Hope it helps my hand to heal. I fell on it over a year ago on to cement, and it has been stiff ever since. Praying that my hand will be useful again soon.

This little stress ball is more than a stress ball I have psoriatic arthritis in my hand/ fingers and squeezing this gel squeeze ball is great for working out pain. I will get another just like it once it is worn out. Try it out.

Very squishy!
I was a little worried when this arrived because it was very firm, but after a few minutes of kneading it softened right up. I think sitting on my porch just froze it a bit.
