Really nice faucet! Especially considering the price. 😄
I just finished installing this in my kitchen. The installation was straightforward and quite simple. As with any retrofit faucet installation, I do recommend connecting the supply lines prior to installing the faucet into the sink. The appearance is excellent, as is the functionality. The motion sensor works perfectly and is located higher above the sink top than some other manufacturers. This makes accidental turn ons much less likely. Also, I’d estimate the sensor range to be between 3 and 5 inches. Just right. The sprayer hose retraction is good. Just make sure you have a clear path for the hose, and be sure to attach the included counterweight just above the bend of the fully retracted hose. The sprayer/stream selector is positive and crisp…there’s no slop when switching between the two. Very nice.Everything need for installation is included, with the exception of 4-AA batteries.Similar motion sensor facets of this grade retail for 2-3X this price at the chain builder’s supply stores.I highly recommend this product. 😄

Nice faucet!
Super easy to install! Just put it in so we shall see the longevity. The faucet itself is very hearty and all parts work excellent. Top quality. As dated before in others reviews, be prepared to get longer supply hoses or extension hoses. They are not long enough for my sink and cabinet, but I just got extensions for the hoses it came with and works great!

A Sprayer Worth Celebrating!
When our fancy, Alexa-enabled faucet decided it had enough of the limelight and broke down faster than a tired marathon runner, we were left scratching our heads. After all, it was supposed to be the future of faucets, but it turned out to be a diva in disguise, demanding pricey repairs like a celebrity in a luxury rehab.Enter the Fapully Commercial Pull Down Kitchen Sink Faucet! Not only did it swoop in at a fraction of the cost of our former faucet's maintenance bills, but it also brought back a sense of nostalgia reminiscent of our school cafeteria days. Who knew a simple sprayer could evoke such fond memories?Installation was a breeze, unlike our previous tech-savvy nightmare that required a degree in rocket science to set up. Within minutes, we had this beauty up and running, ready to tackle dishes like a champ. And oh, the water pressure! It's like having a tiny waterfall right in our kitchen sink. We could practically start a mini zen garden with the soothing flow. But the real star of the show? The sprayer! It's not just functional; it's downright awesome. Everyone in the household fights over who gets to use it next. It's become the MVP of our kitchen, dishing out cleanliness and joy in equal measures. In conclusion, if you're tired of fancy gadgets that fizzle out faster than a sparkler on the Fourth of July, do yourself a favor and grab one of these Fapully faucets. It's a breath of fresh air in a world of overcomplicated contraptions. Plus, you'll have enough spare change left over to treat yourself to something nice—like a lifetime supply of dish soap! Cheers to simplicity, functionality, and sprayers that bring back the good ol' days.

Won't burn your hand!
Many reviews of similar faucets complain of hot water making the sprayer's handle so hot that it burns people's hands when holding them. This one won't, unless you accidentally touch it where it's metal. But, its handle is plastic, and fully insulates the sprayer from heat. As for the other functions of the faucet, it works perfectly, at least mine does. My complaint are few. 1 - The instructions for mounting it, as usual, are pretty poor, though it's fairly easy to figure it out, even without them. But, they should have pointed out that it's not necessary to tighten the lines to the faucet, itself, with a wrench, and it would be impossible to do so. When I saw that a wrench couldn't be applied to the fittings, unless it were a specialized wrench, I pretty much assumed that they can be simply hand tightened. The fact that they had 2 'o' ring seals, instead of just one, hinted at that. But, I posted the question, anyway, and didn't even need to wait for an answer, as one immediately came up - hand tighten is sufficient. The only other thing I found a bit annoying is the fact that the instructions don't point out which of the 2 fittings within the faucet for the lines, is for hot. So, once you have it hooked up, you need to try it, and if you don't like the direction that the handle moves for hot water, you'll need to go down and reverse the hoses to the angle stops (under sink faucets). Minor inconveniences for a faucet that is both functional and attractive at a reasonable price.UPDATE - 11/20/22I've removed one star because there is still a heat issue with this unit, one that can cause a bad burn. While they were thoughtful enough to put a plastic handle on the sprayer, they failed to provide any kind of thermal insulation for the small lever at the end of the main spigot (and I see no excuse for them not addressing this). That little lever gave me a bad burn. But, I fixed it with a small piece of black 3M heat shrink tubing. Now it can't burn me. Not all shrink tubing will insulate the same, so choose one with thick walls. The photo shows the lever with the shrink tubing applied. The large lever for the sprayer gets a bit warm too. so far, I don't think it gets hot enough to burn. but, if it ever does, I'll use the same method to insulate it. Still love the faucet. I just wish they'd have been a bit more considerate and insulated appropriately.

Great Product and Customer Service!
Have had this faucet for three years now. Love it! It's beautiful, great functionality. Love the double faucet feature.During a frost storm while out of town, our pipes froze and a piece of the faucet broke.Even though my product was out of warranty, the customer service department got back to me quickly and provided the part I was needing. Just what I needed. Fit perfectly! Works great!Very satisfied customer!
