Hubby recently had prostate surgery and is now dealing with temporary incontinence post op. He's wearing Depends underwear and the nurse suggested wiping down with adult wipes between changes to keep the area clean, and using a cream such as this to keep the area dry. Tho this paste is marketed as use for babies, it works perfectly for adults as well. It's thick, yet easy to spread and isn't sticky, goey or uncomfortable. A friend's mom was just released from the hospital, is not very mobile and is wearing Depends. He purchased this for her and her caregiver commented to him how insightful that was. The caregiver told him that she usually suggests getting something like this to prevent skin irritation/rash.

This is my favorite diaper cream. Any rash has been fixed with it within 24 hours and prevents rashes exceptionally. The large size lasts a long time. I also love the tub packaging vs a tube because I can adjust how much I want to use easily (scrape back in).

This is the only cream I’ll use on my toddlers sensitive skin. It works exactly as described, clears rashes quickly, is extremely gentle, doesn’t burn on application, and creates a great barrier on the skin. There are no scents (aside from the zinc) and hasn’t irritated active eczema. I can’t recommend this for your little enough!
