Glucosamine, Chondroitin & MSM Capsules, 3 Per Day Formula

I was in the market for some joint supplements because I was diagnosed with arthritis in my mid-20s (long story) and my go-to method of fitness is high intensity interval training, which as you can imagine is not kind to the joints. I had been suffering for a few months and finally decided to do something about it. The first day I took the recommended dosage (3 rather large pills), my pain completely disappeared. I was shocked, as I'd always heard joint supplements took a while to build up in your system. I've been taking it for a few weeks now, possibly missing a day here and there, and I still have some knee pain, but it's nothing like I had before. I'm a huge fan, and will probably stick with these forever!

These appear to be good quality and are packaged very nicely with safety seals and all. As with any of these products it hard to tell if they are effective or not because benefits may not be evident for a long time or may be obscured by other factors. I feel safe taking them and I do feel that my knees and other joints do feel better.

I started taking this Glucosamine about 2 months ago, and mentioned it to my surgeon who performed a hip replacement on me. He told me not to stop taking Glucosamine. I am 80 years old, and doing very well.

Die Schmerzen in mein Knie und in der Hüfte sind Dank Puritan weg. Sicher ist es kein Wundermittel, wenn man sich dran hält und es täglich ein nimmt dann bewirkt es auch was. Sehr zu empfehlen bei Gelenkschmerzen.
