Has grapefruit that can interact with Blood pressure meds
I started taking this but realized shortly after that it uses grapefruit which interacts with my blood pressure meds. Had to stop using it. Other than that I liked it.

As a bv girly, I was so tired of treating but not preventing. This + good girl probiotics is an absolute game changer! Haven’t had an issue in over two years!

Must have for my BV/YI girlies
I’ve struggled with a balanced VMB most of my life thanks water sports). I found myself in another vicious BV/YI cycle over the last 1.5 years. I stopped antibiotics last summer but had to rely on boric acid suppositories each month to help balance my PH and even a pricy probiotic suppository to get my ph “back on track” which impacted my intimate life. Only 1 month into this supplement and for the first time I didn’t need to do 2-3 days of boric acid after my cycle. While the smell of this vitamin is rough, it’s so worth to be “intimate play” ready the day after my cycle ends! I DO NOT recommend putting this vitamin in your “weekly pill organizer” with the garlic odor. Luckily just take it with a lot of water and no nasty “garlic” burps.

garden of life probiotic is better
i would get the garden of life womens probiotic instead. it is a much better quality probiotic than this one and they are about the same price. the other vaginal health vitamin did not do anything and it has garlic in it that was nasty to try to take every day. it also smelled really bad besides the bad taste.
