This took about 20 minutes to set up. Our cats love it, and it’s working great. I do keep it undercover. I’m not sure how it will hold up in the rain but the plastic corrugated top seems enough to handle direct rain.

This was so nice we had names for it: The condo was downstairs, and I put an outdoor heating pad inside and it was fabulous! The Lodge was upstairs, a room with a view. I put a dollar store chair cushion there and my old girl loved it. I also purchased inexpensive multi-colored solar powered fairy lights and strung them around the lodge - it was really cool. My cat passed and I provided another family with it because it is very sturdy and weatherproof. The asphalt-style roof was GREAT! It took cooler weather for her to learn to go inside but once she realized it was warm she was very content to spend all day outside.

Great price for what you get. I bought this during the cold winter time here in Illinois and its purpose was for a little stray cat to have a nice little warm space to go sleep in and get away from the cold. It was easy enough to set up and i filled it up with straw for added warmth. So far the cat has used it when it’s cold so it makes me happy to know the cat has used it! I thought of making one myself but for the price this one comes painted and looks super cute! Like a mini decorative house you even tell what it is.

I love it because it’s big enough for my two outside cats, one of them is a big boy and the top opens for easy clean up. I like that it’s elevated to keep rain out. The assembly took a minute the screw placement at the base was awkward because the cross bars got in the way so you need a screwdriver with a short handle but other than that, we assembled it pretty quick

I have four indoor cats so this is just for the strays that run in my neighborhood. I have put together many different things for my cats but this was definitely one of the easiest. It has a very simplistic design: 8 screws hold the main frame together, 6 screws attach the double hinged roof which opens upward for easy access to the inside, and 8 screws are used to put the overhang above the main entrance. There is a removable divider that creates two rooms inside but I like having one large room instead. I have ordered a wifi ceramic heater and will also install a small Ring camera to keep an eye on the action. Also impressive was how well the shipping container was made ensuring nothing was damaged during shipment. It comes with everything you need including very clear instructions and even a screwdriver so you do not need anything else to build this house. This was a great buy.
