I purchased these to increase the speed of trickle charging my Tesla Model 3. With the NEMA 5-20 (20 amp 120v) pigtail on my mobile connector, this allows me to charge on my outside plug which is wired to handle 20 amps but has a standard wall plug. These work well, and are not even warm to the touch after 12 hours at 16 amps charging. They do make the mobile connector hang away from the wall and tilt a little, but stay plugged in.

I really just needed to extend an outside plugin out just a bit as my receptacle is recessed. This worked perfect.

As others said this is very good quality. I just wish the ground pin was solid but that is not a deal breaker. Be warned: Do not connect 20 amp items to a 15 amp branch! Most likely all that will happen in any somewhat modern home is the breaker will trip. For instance when an item with a 20 amp cord only draws 3 amps this is outstanding and got it overnight too!

I used this adaptor to bridge the gap between a floor outlet and a 90 degree angle plug and it did the trick.

This is the only one that I found the will convert a 5-15P to 5-15R. I couldn't plug my plug with one side wider than the other into the receptacle. With this adapter, I now can.

we have warming ovens that run a 20amp service. when they get rented out 90% time they run on 15 amp service. Hence the adapter. After a "dry run" in the shop they carry the current with out getting hot and also I glued them to the oven plug so customers wont lose them....

Very simple design and very high quality materials, these little guys do the job very very well. I have four of them on four server power conditioners and they works perfectly, no issues whatsoever.

I bought this for a floor outlet to avoid a cord bending under a rug. It did not work. It comes up higher than I expected and the flat outlet cord still sits too high.
