Although I bought them for home use, I previously used ‘gastros’ in a professional environment. Those are slightly thinner material than I am used to, but still sturdy enough for the job. They get a lot of daily use and go from oven to table to fridge or dishwasher. The various sizes make it easy to stack and nest within the larger sizes.
