Excellent seeds..Germinated quickly and definitely value for money. Quantity and quality is quite good. Will definitely purchase again when required.

It’s doesn’t say aliv or gardencress seeds anywhere on the package and the nutritional information is also missing

Very good value for money.The amount for that price is unbeatable.Planning to make them sprout to eat them as greens on sandwiches.Would update in some time how it goes.But as I have so much will also research other ways to use them.Update: The seeds sproud very easily (see foto). The cool part is, you can even make them grow without any soil. Just spread cotton pads or a kitchen paper towel on the bottom of an open container. Drench it with water. Spread the seeds on top and make sure to keep the ground moist. After 5-6 days you can use the herb in salads, on butter toast, omelette, in paratha, etc.

Received the package with nowhere being mentioned what it is. Secondly no listing of nutrients and calories provided. Net weight was also blacked out and a new number written. So all of this raises doubts about it's authenticity. Not returning it and using it only because the seeds look to be of garden cress only. Keeping my fingers crossed...

Product was exactly as I wanted,We use it to increase haemoglobin in blood & my sister in Ahmedabad needed it. I ordered from Pune for delivary in Ahmedabad & I was very happy that it was delivered before promised Delivary date.
