Baby Loves It!
My 6 months old love this. She laughs every time the pins get knocked down. I don't understand the negative reviews. The pins sometimes do wobble, but for me, they stood up just fine, and if one happens to fall over, you just adjust it so that it's straight and it'll stand up. Also, my baby usually can't knock the pins down by herself, that is true. She's just not strong enough and doesn't really understand the concept of aiming, but that's why I'm there to help her. I think it's a great product. It's not meant to actually be a bowling set, so if you're expecting to actually play bowling with your kid with it, then you will be disappointed. But if you just let the child play with it as he/she sees fit, then I think they'll find a way to enjoy it.

Two year old loves it
I bought this for my girlfriend's two (and a half) year old for Christmas. My girlfriend read the other reviews but thought they were over-exaggerated. Her thought was that her son would not have the focus to line up all of the pins and then hit them in a controlled manner; she thought that he wouldn't be able to understand the rules of bowling and that the concept of the game was beyond his knowledge. She was right! But, he loves it anyway. He likes to throw things and the ball is soft enough that he won't hurt anything. He doesn't line up the pins, but he plays with each one as if it was an individual stuffed animal. We've been able to explain to him about different animals and different animal noises with the help of this toy. He will, on occasion, stand up one pin and throw the ball to try to knock it down, with little luck. He seems interested though and it keeps him happy; that's more important than a possible future career as a professional bowler.

Cute, but not great for bowling really
This is an adorable set of animal pins and soft swishy colorful ball. It's really geared towards 6 month old as it's soft, fabrics, and a lot smaller than I anticipated. I purchased for my two year old, and he thinks the animals are cute. He likes to carry them around. We do set them up and try to bowl with them. They're kind of lopsided and the ball is so soft it doesn't really knock the pins down, especially if they are set up too close together. You can spot wipe them clean and the quality is nice, but my bam bam toddler needs bigger, plastic pins and ball to actually bowl. Get these for the super young ones to enjoy.

Perfect little animal toy set for a lucky little child
This cute little animal bowling set is just right for my fifteen month old Great Grandson. The size is perfect for his little hands, and he can cuddle the fuzzy little animal bowling pins when he's not bowling. They are bright and colorful and the pins are numbered so he can work on his numbers, too. It comes in its own plastic carrying bag with a handle so be can carry it around with him and Mom can keep it neatly put away when not in use. I highly recommend this toy. I can't wait to see him open it, better yet to see him play with it when he gets home to his house.

Fun Farm Friends for First Year +
This is my second purchase of these adorable soft furry animal friend bowling set. They are attractive, colorful, and easy to hold for the young baby to grasp and shake. The friendshave a gentle shaker sound and the ball has a soft bell sound. The sittingbaby can play with them on the floor and use the ball for rolling or to knock down theanimal friends. They are easy to pack up and take along as a group or one at a time.My daughter has washed them and they look as good as new. Great toy!

Adorable little critters!
I bought these as a Christmas gift for my 1 year old nephew and he loves them! He watches as I set them up them knocks them down with his hands or body slams them all while laughing his little head off! He also picks them up one by one and waits for me to make the animal's noise. They are just the right size for young children and he can easily carry them around. They are soft and all make different "cute" little noises when you shake them. I have not had a problem with them falling over but can see how this could happen if you have plush or textured carpeting. These are wonderful toys and you will find them to be as adorable as your child is!

Cute but baby not interested
This set is cute and I have no complaints about quality. But for some reason the baby is only interested in throwing the ball. He is 24 months but doesn't really get that the ball is supposed to be rolled to knock down the pins. This is not a toy he ever pulls out of the toybox on his own. If someone takes it out and sets it up he'll give it a few minutes. I can see where the animal pins might be a bit wobbly on carpeting but they seem fine on a wood floor. Overall I think this product is fine and would make a cute gift. But clearly, different babies have different opinions about toys. There is no way to know what will be a hit.

My daughter's favorite toy
I admit, we don't set this up and actually bowl with it, but my toddler absolutely loves the individual animal pins and the colorful ball. The pins are the perfect shape for her small hands to hang onto. This toy also travels well. Because the animal pins are lightweight and skinny they fit great in a carry on or diaper bag. The pins also rattle when you shake them which is a big hit with my daughter. After using this daily for about 6 months now, it's still in great shape with no tears or anything falling apart. Super cute toy.
