This product worked alright for the first 2 months, however the promised range was not accurate (shorter than what was marked for each setting). Now the shock collars do not work. We’ve tried resetting them, fully recharging them before use as well as the remote but they no longer connect to work on either setting (fence mode or training mode). Do not waste your money on this product.

Had the underground fence for years . Got tired of finding and fixing cut / broken wires . This truly works . It even keeps my stubborn Doberman within its radius. Just keep it charged and it works great , even on my stubborn fur baby. He’s 5 but still my 4 legged fur baby .

My two lab mixes love to run off. Instead of burying a wire for a fence this was a great option. Sadly, if my dogs roll in the grass they get the beep because it can’t get signal. Same if they are behind a tree or near my car. If there isn’t a clear path from the collar to the box, it will alert. The Boundary is not clear and it will go off at different areas so the boundary flags are sort of sporadically placed depending on where the signal got to. It’s Not terrible but you surely can’t have a good boundary area. Luckily I have a lot of yard to work with. The dogs learned quickly to run back toward the porch if the collar started to beep. I think The training mode is hard to do especially with more than 1 dog. The collar doesn’t adjust easily and is a pain but we make it work. One of the collars has a muffled sound now but does work. For the money I would buy again however, I would Not recommend for anyone without a pretty level and large yard without obstructions.

Don’t buy. Most inconsistent product I’ve ever seen. We live in the middle of the country with open fields, no wifi, and it just beeps and buzzes at random distances. We did a lot of tests, on both collars, before realizing none of it works as advertised. Shocking part does not work at all. I tried both collars, with and without the rubber stoppers - fully charged. Does not work at all as described. Already being returned.

I bought an expensive set that brake. I bought these at a very reasonable cost and they work great.

I had to return mine. It did not work and our little terrier was able to simply walk through it. Not worth the headache

It kinda works. When it wants to. At first it was great. The remote eventually got hard to switch from dog A to Dog b. Collar boxes are temperamental. Lately they don't work when pressing any function. Had less than a year.

Does not work properly. Collars will beep randomly in the house or inside the fence area. It doesn't work at the fence line. Tried setting the fence at different lengths to see if it would work better and it does the same thing. Wish I found out sooner that it didn't work so I coould of returned it.
