Solid performance, excellent support
The first time I bought this, it was from a different outlet and it turned out to be DOA. I filed a support request, and the technician came the following day. Turns out the unit was indeed DOA - but the tech promised me he would attend if I had issues with future units. I waited for a while before ordering it again, and this time the unit was OK. The controls are intuitive enough to operate without looking at a manual, but the legend is very low contrast, which means you have a source of direct light or be at eye level. Apart from that it's simple enough to not an issue for most folks. I rarely use the grill, but solo microwaves are usually very poorly built so this was the minimum unit I could buy.

Dimensions wrongly mentioned
The dimensions mentioned are wrong. Height is 25.5mm and width is 32mm. Make a note of it before buying.
