For its price, you cannot get better than this. The suction is good, for both dust and water. It can clean thick carpets too - you just have to use the right attachments in right way (for floor, carpet, bedsheet etc), and use the switch on attachment to better suit your needs for wet/dry floors. Out of box assembly is bit tricky but can be done easily if you follow the book instructions properly, or watch a YouTube video if reading sounds boring. All parts have proprietary clamps that only fit where they're supposed to, so it's easy. But don't try to assemble without knowledge or you might end up damaging the components. After about 8 months of usage, it's still working great for two reasons: 1. It has auto cutoff in case it gets overheated in summer days while cleaning so the motor doesn't get damaged. 2. It's very easy to clean: you can open it all, turn it upside down and put it under running tapwater and nothing gets inside the motor assembly thanks to the suction plate inside. Even the filter and dust cloth become brand new after a simple rinse wash with Ezee washing liquid. Other than that, it's a budget vacuum cleaning device so there are some things which you'll have to sacrifice: 1. Wires (obviously) - you'll have to be careful not to get the wire tangled while cleaning the rooms. Though the cable+plug is very high quality and can be washed/dried along with rest of the unit so it's a plus. It doesn't get damaged easily even when there are sharp twists and friction movements but it's better not to push your luck too hard since this thing only costs around 5K. 2. Heating (but only on hottest days) - You'll have to be careful not to overstress the motor. But it has a great blowing system to push out excess heat, and even then if it gets too hot it will slow or shut itself down - when that happens, just pull the plug and let it cool down for few hours. Reusing it again within minutes might damage the thing. 3. Maintenance - Since this isn't an expensive luxury item, it needs proper maintenance if you want it working for years. It has high quality filters - they do a very good job and don't allow a single dust particle inside the blower chamber. However, they have limits. You can't go about using it every other day for weeks and clean only after a month. It needs thorough cleansing after every two full sessions, maybe even after each session if dust is too much. The filters get clogged after while, and suction is reduced if you keep using it, to a point where it simply starts taking air from auxiliary holes and blows it out as is. At that point, take the machine apart, put out the dust and shake the filters till all dust is gone. After two more sessions, rinse/wash the filter cloths with Ezee liquid and dry them in shade. Since whole machine is waterproof (switch, wire, plug, inside etc), you can put it under running tap water both straight and upside down and wash away all the dirt. Pipes can be cleaned by running high pressure water through them and then hang them vertically to drip out all the water away. They'll become as good as new. 4. Storage: The pipes and tubes are very sturdy and they're working good as new after so many months of usage. But it doesn't mean you can count on them to be thrown anywhere just like that and survive rusty environments. Best way to store it after use is to take all the pipes/tubes apart and put them up against a wall vertically or hang from a clip/wire so that any residual dust or water gets settled down on floor out of the pipes and tubings.

Purchased from Amazon for full price under no offers, still beat competitors by Rs.163 Order was placed on Thursday 01/12/22, late in the evening at 11 pm. Was to be Delivered on Thursday 08/12/22 but arrived early on Monday 05/12/22 at 10 am. Quite satisfied with the Delivery, Packaging, Condition of the item and also Happy with the early arrival. Along with the Vacuum we received a basic Instruction Manual and Warranty Card. The Invoice was missing from the parcel, so it had to be downloaded from Amazon. To Register your Warranty, you require to scan the Bar Code on the Invoice and WhatsApp the details. Without any delay, excitedly we got to assemble the unit which was a fairly easy task, took approximately 10 minutes, which I guess is ok for the first time while getting familiar with all various attachments etc. First impressions, the Vacuum itself looks sturdy built wise, but some attachments could be a little stronger. Especially, the extension pipes could be Stainless Steel same as the Drum and Telescopic in feature / operation. The main Vacuuming head attachment used for floor / hard surfaces could also be Stainless Steel as it gets used the most and gets banged around quite a bit, would extend its life. Its a 2 pin plug, instead of a 3 pin which could have been better with a surge protector fuse. The cord is of decent length, quite impressed with the quality of the cord. Also, the cord, which has no autowind and cannot be inserted within the body of the unit, after use can be rested on top of the Drum in a winding fashion, it kinda works and does keep in place without being a nuisance. Hose, same solution. The 2 side Latches are reasonably strong. Wheels are easy to install / insert and work fine. It would be absolutely fantastic if the various attachments could be stored / latched to the main unit while not in use, storage wise but can understand the limitations in this regard. First demo was for the Vacuum. Noise average (not too loud or unbearable), reasonable with any other domestic Vacuum of similar power. Inside the lid, the dust bag clings on to its inlet, would be better if it could be secured / locked with a clip. In Vacuum (suction) mode the air gets forced out of the Blower outlet, this outlet is directed on the opposite side of the unit and is directed straight onto the floor level. Now imagine, if you had not yet cleaned that part of the room and that dust gets thrown around or blown onto the already cleaned surfaces, it would be an unending job like a dog chasing its tail. If this outlet had a removable or having the ability to rotate something like a flap or adjustable Ac vents like in cars, then it could direct the blown out air upwards while Vacuuming the surfaces and this could have been of great design sense. Suction is at par with as described or claimed in the adverts, nothing too exciting but definitely not disappointing, does the job which is important. Then, follows the demo for the Blower. This feature should technically be equally as strong as the Vacuum, because the force of the air sucked in while Vacuuming is supposedly the same force leaving the Blower outlet. To make things interesting, there are fish gill like 2 vents on either sides of the Lid. These vents are the fixed kind, cannot be closed or opened. One of the vent very faintly can be felt taking-in air, while the other vent blows out air at a significant force. This particular phenomena I am bewildered with, cause as I understand the escaping rate of air through this vent will weaken the force supposed to leave the Blower outlet. So make of it what you will. Still does the job, if you're looking at blowing leaves or scaring the neighbours pet. Finally, the demo for the Wet. Performance is at par with as described or claimed in the adverts and as other customers have described in their video demonstrations, again nothing too exciting but definitely not disappointing, does the job which is important. May need to dry mop even after using the Wet function. In closing Definitely do purchase it, use it often as required and also helps keeping fit, Do not allow dust to settle on your Vacuum Blower. I received American micronic vacuum cleaner one day before of schedule date.. I appreciate that. We used this product for 2 days continuously it works very perfectly the suction power really amazing.. 95% satisfied. The powerful motor makes little heat soon while using shot time.. So i didn't use continue... Overall good except heating

This is clearly a manufacturing defect or a low-quality motor. ​The Service Nightmare: ​Unprofessional Staff: The customer care team is incredibly rude and unhelpful. Pros: 1) powerful suction capacity. Cons: 1) power cable tangles a lot and it's very difficult to manage cleaning everytime due to its interference between the main body, suction hose & wheels. 2) power cable stand or hook has not been provided to hang it after cleaning or a specific place to keep it tangle free after the cleaning job. 3) while blowing the main unit, blowing hose and wire is getting HEATED too much within only 10~15 seconds of blowing operation I wonder why !!! 4) sometimes the 360° front wheels are failing to do its job n due to the mess between tangled Power cable, main body & hose unit it's difficult to drag the main unit from 1 place to another. 5) making too much noise when it's very hard to even listen doorbell or mobile ring (in ur pocket). सर दर्द अनुभव। These cons are making the easy job more difficult and forcing you to again go back to simple BROOM & NORMAL DUST PAN (SUPDI) combination technology 😂 I would suggest to buy smaller and easier product then this even by compromising the suction capacity. The overall job should be easy rather then suction capacity. That matters.
