This was a great product during the height of quarantine until my bands decided to break. First the x-heavy black band, then the heavy green one 😭😭 purchase at the end of 2019 and delivered in January 2020. I used them maybe 1x per week on average.

These are absolutely amazing! I am able to stretch out better than ever and maintain strength by the resistance in my core and whole body. The quality is superb and I know these will last for a very long time. Super quick delivery. I am very pleased with this purchase!

Doesn't come with instruction or videos. The link to the videos is an outdated website with a ton of ads. Semi-disappointed with this product. The equipment seems to work though.

Nice product. Used it on a couple athletes yesterday. Nice way tone/strengthen w/o stressing the body.

Missing video, stain on the workout guide, a couple of clips have rust in them... looks like this one was used... i will be returning the item.
