This is my new exercise tool. For "running" in the pool. You can run a marathon and you're not even sweaty.I ran for about 15 years, then back injury. So I hiked, vigorously. Ankle is very iffy. So now I exercise in the pool. As injured Thoroughbreds and elite athletes of many sports do.This item has been around for years (used one a decade ago, got better and got rid of it). Basic, well made, does the job, and you can wear it upside down or backside front, so versatile. Rinse it off when you're done.It's better for your feet than running on the pool bottom, although it does look pretty weird. But they'll stop laughing when I win the Kentucky Derby.

I had forgotten how much I enjoyed jogging, cross country skiing, doing knew crunches, etc., in the water. I first used this product after back surgery years ago and now I have knee issues I am back to utilizing it. It keeps me stable in the water. I weigh 142 lbs. and find my upper shoulders and head are out of the water. This model comes with the elastic belt which I believe is crucial for tightening vs. the other models that have a web belt. Use it with confidence and enjoy!

I started water jogging and found that the average sized swim belts were too big and rode up uncomfortably after only a few minutes. Also, I was too buoyant in the water. I wish the color were a little more muted but that is the only negative.

I use this for water jogging in the deep end. It occasionally rides up but is generally comfortable and keeps me at the right depth. I think this would fit better for most women; I am a size 8-10.

This is the second Aqua Jogger belt I've purchased. The first one lasted well over 10 years, very durable. It was exposed to high temperature chlorinated water for about an hour three times a week. After a decade of service, it became too bent out of shape, so I replaced it with this item, the exact same thing. Be mindful of the style. This is the one called "Fit;" they also make other styles. This particular one works well for me.

Perfect for petite body frame, doesn’t ride up. 110lbs. No issues with flotation for Aqua exercises in deep end of our pool.

So disappointed! I bought this (more expensive) belt because it is described as "Tapered sides allow for a better fit for narrow waists.". But when I placed it up against my AquaJogger Active belt, they're the same shape! Even contacted the manufacturer who said the arms are the same! It's just a more expensive belt. Oh, the mfr. did say the foam is different than the Active - but how does that help with the arms cutting into my torso? The belt is supposed to be different from the Active as well, but both of the AquaJoggers I bought have the same stretchy belt.

My granddaughter was a summer lifeguard, so she gave extra equipment to enhance my water aerobics. But, without the paddle board, hand weights and hand fins, you still get an awesome workout. I’ve notices I have a stronger core and legs. Before my knees used to bother me when doing athletic Pilates, but now it’s easier to do lunges.

Absolutely love this item!Use it a few days a week constantly at an indoor pool/gym that I go to locally for help with aquatic exercises. Made well, nice colour and I get lots of comments/questions about it.Very satisfied customer

I love this aqua jogger belt for the color (purple) and the fit. It wraps nicely around my waist, flat against my back and does not ride up while I jog. It is so light and well fit that I do not even feel I am wearing it. It thought it looks flimsy when I first got it but after 4 months of daily use, it is holding up nicely and no sign of wear and tear, good as new.

Arrived as ordered and on time. Will be using it for the first time tomorrow. Loving the colour - will be different from others in class. Like that it is narrow under the arms so it won't chafe my arms the way some belts do.

Provides great non weight-bearing exercise. Excellent for working hip flexors for people with osteoarthritis. Belt fit my petit (5'3"), short-waisted frame well.

Great product! I have injured my leg and was not able to swim like I used to and this aqua jogger has helped me a lot..I was able to enjoy swimming without stressing my injured leg. It has given me a support to float better in the open ocean. Find it much better than life vest as life best tends to float upto the neck when in water. Note, it will not replace the life vest as it is supporting device. Fits very well.
