There is no battery inside. Hence no risk of electric shock. Its perfectly safe to use.

Worst Product!
Worst Product!. The return policy is also not good. Since the system will not accept without rating I am giving 1 star. The package was damaged and the product did not work. Please don't go for this.

Wastage of money
Worst product used in my lifetime. When I reveived it in March 2017, i checked that it was working fine. On April 3rd, when i had a back pain and i tried to charge it, it does not charge or heated up. When I asked seller for return, they informed me that the time period already expired for return . Complete waste of money.

Useless. Defective.. as it started leaking the 1st day.Got a call that item will be picked for refund after my above post. But no one came to pick or refund

Satisfactory but not very happy
The material outside will not allow the entire heat to be felt. Even after complete heating it feels like average got.

Works well, decent color.
I got a mauve colored bag, material is soft. Heats in less than 10 mins, auto switch off. Stays warm.
