MEEFUR Mens Contrast Color Trousers Outdoor Hiking Stretch Pants

I love the look of the pants. They are very lightweight, fit snugly even for me a skinny guy, and stretch nicely when hiking. I guess my complaint is that they are just so thin - yeah, it'll protect you from mosquito bites, but because they are so thin they get instantly wet by any amount of water, and although I haven't extensively tested them yet, I can't see them being very abrasion resistant. I was just hiking through some wet plants (no rain or streams) and these got soaked so bad they soaked my socks which soaked the inside of my waterproof boots to the point of having a pool of water inside my boots the rest of the night. I don't feel that they dried too much faster than other thicker pants that I own. BTW, they don't have reinforced knees, as the picture seems to suggest.tl; dr: They are cool looking, but aren't really functional for being "Outdoor Hiking" pants other than for bug protection. Maybe for car camping or in 100% dry, abrasion-free conditions.

Reviews from other purchasers recommended ordering a size larger. My wife ordered a size larger and had to return hers for two sizes larger. I decided to order 3 sizes larger then I wear and the fit just right. However, the belt that came with the pants is 2" to small. Horrible belt anyways, so I will keep the pants and use one of my own belts.Pants are OK for what I wanted, but sizing is a anybody's guess.. I wear a 38W 31L pants. I ordered a xxxxL that's 4XL. and they just fit. I hope Amazon charges shipping charges back to these companies that do not have a clue how to size their clothing.

These pants are just so-so. The material is tissue paper thin, and the knee patches are simply different colored swatches of fabric. They are not reenforced as the pictures imply. Also, what appears to be black, or at least very dark grey in the pictures, is actually light grey. Finally, the fit is quite snug. I am 5'11", 155 (thin), and they don't leave a lot of wiggle room.

Fabric is really thin. Design is good but seems a bit cheap. Worn them twice and was fine for long hiking trips.

I love these! super thin and lightweight, dry really quickly. My go-to weekend pants. I camp and rock climb with them and they hold up pretty well.

Stretch pants , very comfortable. Not enough pockets though.

Main zipper broke during first use :( holding them together with safety pins now, the only reason this is not a 1 star review is because I still wear them since they are soooooo comfortable and really good for hiking in boggy condition here in Florida

I like these pants as they are very comfortable but they were a bit smaller than I expected.
