This is a really nice shawl. I am a teacher and when I wore it to school, one of my students told me I looked modern with this shawl. I do not like the fact that it doesn’t stay in place. I recommend putting a brooch on it to keep it in place, and it is not that thick, it’s pretty lightweight, so it is not that warm, unless you wear layers under it.

I ordered an extra large because I wear extra large shirts. I should have ordered a size down because this looks like a literal blanket rather than a shawl. I'm 5'1" so maybe if you are short, consider that. I still plan to keep this for my kids band competitions as those can be very frigid.

I took it out of the wrap and hung it to get the front closed as shine . Used a little fabric glue that I have and put a dab under each lapel so it looks and stays exactly as picture! It’s beautiful as it looks!

I bought this on Friday and it arrived on Saturday, less than 24 hours later. I opened it and threw it on over my all black outfit, including a black Spanish Gaucho hat, and looked in the mirror.
