Isn't this product suppose to be shipped with an icepack? My daughter ordered some and it did not come with one. Is her product still good?

When I have ordered it, it was shipped with an icepak. I can't tell you if the product is still good or not. That question should be directed to the manufacturer.

Do these expire? Wondering if I should order two at once, or if the second bottle would be bad by the time I used it.

They do have an expiration date on them. I think I ordered mine in October and they expire in June.

Is there any sugar in this product? Im looking for a type 1 diabetic and I don't see anything listed about sugar.

While I am not looking at the label, aren't they required to list if there is? To me it is sweet - like cotton candy and I have been told that is the formula for me, but I know of no sugar. My Naturopath's office staff has indicated to me, that either the tastes is cotton candy to you or something that isn't enjoyable - which is why they have the pill form as well.

Does Amazon keep this product under refrigeration while they have it in their warehouse? Just wondering.

I don't know if Amazon keeps it refrigerated but I contacted Klaire labs myself and they said that it can go seven days being at room temperature without refrigeration and be fine, I was going away and was worried about taking it on the plane keeping it refrigerated that is why I called

I was recommended these from a friend who is a naturopathic doctor. I myself am also finishing my doctorate in natural medicine and find this to be one of the best probiotics out there. It definitely keeps me regular. Only down side is figuring out if you should take 1 or 2 tablets a day, but wasn't really an issue. I recommend these to my friends and patients looking to take a probiotic supplement. :-)
