Past Lives, Dreams, and Soul Travel

It may be part of the aging process but it seems that now that I am well into my senior years my reading interests in the sciences in combination with the esoteric has blossomed into a passion. I have lost count of the books I have read lately on astronomy, cosmology, Quantum physics, Zen, Taoism, Qigong, Yoga, hypnosis, meditation, numerous energy healing methods, Soul projection and related topics.While browsing on Amazon I came across this 263 page soft cover book (Past lives, dreams and soul travel by Harold Klemp) for a bargain price and decided to purchase it. I read several other publications by this author in the past and even though his approach to the above topics is based upon his being the spiritual leader of the Eckankar religion; nevertheless, I found the book interesting and informative.This easy to read book is organized into three parts. Part one (Past lives) covers you have lived before, past lives, present lessons, remembering past lives, death as a continuum of life, and spiritual exercises to recall and resolve past live. The second part (Dreams) focuses on spiritual view of dreams, dream travel: doorway to your inner worlds, spiritual freedom, and spiritual exercises for dreaming. Part three (Soul travel) explains soul travel-voyages into higher worlds, learning to soul travel, beyond soul travel, knowing and seeing, the light and sound of God and spiritual exercises for soul travel.If you are seeking a book on karma and past lives, the meaning of dreams and how to achieve soul travel this is a book you should check out.Rating: 5 Stars. What happens at death (when people “pass on”)? Is there just one life for everybody that ends in heaven or hell? Or does karma and reincarnation play a role in Soul’s education? Who or what am I? For me, this book explains the spiritual purpose of karma and reincarnation, designed because the Creator loves each and all as eternal Soul. Dream study and Soul Travel techniques can reveal insights from a higher spiritual perspective (including past lives) that help to resolve current-life problems, overcome fears, and make better decisions that lead to a more creative, effective, meaningful, and happy life here and now.

I loved this book. It's a comprehensive, truthful, spirital work with stories about and told by regular folks experiencing extrordinary and moving experiences. As a reader you won't be the same after you put it down, I guarantee that. The spiritual message here is positive and uplifting. I wish there were more books like that out there.

Perhaps the best part of this book are the exercises one can use to test the information for oneself. Singing HU, an ancient name for God, is perhaps the most powerful exercise in itself. The purpose of past lives and of knowing about them provide unlimited opportunities for resolving conflicts and fears as well as healing old wounds (emotional and physical). Dreams are demystified and shown to be a powerful doorway to understanding our lives. I have the means now to interpret my own dreams and see their connections to my daily life. Soul Travel takes one who is interested in the next step into worlds of consciousness beyond. It is a book for those who are looking for more!
