My Dyson one brush is damaged I want to claim it’s warranty please let me know what to do next

This Dyson airwrap leaves gorgeous curls that irons can’t achieve! I love how you can personalize your curl settings based on your hair type/hair goals!! It was also so nice that it gives a timer to tell you how long to wrap it/heat it/leave it for cold shot. My hair came out so shiny and soft and doesn’t have the burnt smell like a curling rod does. The curling time is super fast as well and doesn’t take forever to curl your hair! I have long, hip length hair and it only took like less than 10 minutes to curl my hair. My only slight complaint is that the barrels aren’t longer so my hair sometimes falls off the barrel! But maybe it’s cause I haven’t figured out a way to stop that from happening. Also the attachments can get a little hot but that’s expected with blowing hot air. One more little issue I had was all of a sudden it just stopped working, I wasn’t sure what happened but it wouldn’t connect to my phone for the MyDyson app and wouldn’t turn on. However all I had to do was just press the red reset button on the box you plug into the wall for 30 seconds and reset it. It was quite a scare but it got fixed! Overall I would recommend this to anyone looking for a styling tool that won’t damage your hair!!

Great product however it takes time to learn to use. Dyson could do a better job at providing instructions and/or videos. Very Expensive

WORST PURCHASE I EVER BOUGHT. Dysons $800 dollar hair dryer is a POS. I bought it for my wife on Christmas.. she’s been waiting for a long time for this Dyson. and the thing doesn’t even work. After Hours of reading, resetting and thinking she was doing something wrong, we finally got on a face time call with Dyson tech support. they finally came to the conclusion that it is in fact defective. But Instead of replacing it with a new one, which is what I paid for, they will only replace it with a used one.. DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY. TRUST ME. IT IS NOT WORTH IT. THE BOTTOM LINE IS THEY WILL REPLACE MY $800.00 HAIR DRYER WITH A USED ONE ?? .. they should be embarrassed.. needless to say, I returned it for a full refund. Let’s see if they at least honor the refund.
