This works great for holding my diamond painting project. And it holds the packs of diamond drills if you don't have an organizer.

It’s plastic, but sturdy and smooth. It hold plenty of standard paper. I was a little disappointed that I bought a large size, so I could hold 9x12 paper and have wiggle room, but it’s the largest area that is 13x9.5. The spot where the latch closes is not 9 inches from the opposite side, so, it will not hold the larger paper I wanted it to. The design could easily have been shifted and it would have worked for the size I ordered it to work with. I feel like that was misleading. My daughter loves her purple one and I feel professional with my black one. Colors were as expected. It latches well. Not hard to use and the depth is as expected.

I use these storage clipboards for a lot of things. They're great for grocery shopping. I can keep my current list-in-progress on the front and coupons, menus and recipes inside. I bought this one for my current knitting patterns. It's slim and light enough to put in my travel knitting bag. My working pattern is clipped on the front and I can keep notes and other patterns for yarn shopping inside. The only different thing I noticed about this brand is the closure clip. It's molded in one piece with the body and it's stiff to use at first. I'm sure it will ease up with use. Good product for the price.
