I ordered this and I would like to share my experience.I was little hesitant because it was a third party seller. But they proved otherwise. I felt the price was Ok. There was a days delay due to the courier service. But all emails were replied within a short time frame. The sellers were in touch with us even before we got the product. Very courteous. Free assembly was completed within a day.Now about the product...it is simple and sturdy A mattress is included...lots of storage space..Three people can easily sleep in this. Everyone in our family love it...ConsThe mattress is a bit hard

Product is very good. Easy to assemble. Not too heavy but is durable. Packaging was good but still got bit damage at corners during transit.

Totally disappointed with the product .. it has dents and bent in the sides. I have raised a return.. Do refund the amount.

If only the product hadn't taken 32 days to reach to me and the Royal Interiors guys would have responded timely to my numerous emails and complaints about the whereabouts of it, I would have given 5 stars.Product was packaged nicely but still the bottom part was damaged little but and took great deal of hammer work to repair. Some nuts and bolts were misaligned by few millimetres and again i had to hammer it to fix the bolts correctly.Build quality is OK and if you want sturdier product, go for local shops and buy. Mattress quality is very poor and will not last even few months.Go for this product only if comfort and build quality is not your cup of tea and you are willing to wait for more than a month to get it delivered.

Pros:1. Excellent one with good material quality.2. Wonderful product for drawing rooms where space is constraint.Cons:1. Some more attractive variants cushion cover should be made available.2. Fitting is quite tedious job though fitting instructions are given in a paper. So the suggestion is fitting should be made available on payment basis if anyone requests. 3. Found few scratches when received as in the picture though it was received with well packaging.

It delivered in 4 days. Packaging was good.- It needs a carpenter to set it, which customer himself have to call (It's mentioned in the description, generally we miss to read all T&C).- The carpenter took less than an hour to set it fully. It was not so tough to setup. A person can do it himself, if he knows to tight screws using pliers, and, wrench.- It have 9 iron screws, 6mm in diameter to hold whole weight. The drawer piece have 6x4 wheels,so total 24 wheels. It can take full weight of a person.- Cusions are little hard, but good enough.- Its not very heavy. It is easily movable to clean under & behind it.- Easily 2 person can sleep on it.It is a good buy for me. 3 person can seat with ease, and, can turn into a 6.5ft x 5ft bed. Awesome.- Metal quality is not so high. Pipes are hollow. But, who needs a IronMan at hall.

Delivered after 4 days of order,15 days before scheduled delivery. It was well packed and without any scratch or dent in any part.I assembled it myself in 35 minutes along with a non technical help. All nuts & bolts fitted well with great ease except one Of the wheels where the hole for screw was loose but got it tightened with suitable nut. The corners & edges are suitably rounded to avoid injury. Mattress slightly hard but is most suited for good posture of the back during sleep.Overall a nice product. I am highly satisfied with this purchase
