Great Quality
Great quality! I am a school librarian and wanted a new chess set that would last. This is a very sturdy board and easy to put away. The board folds in half with a built in spot for each piece to lay inside when closed up. Also, the fact that it is magnetic should help us not lose any chess pieces.

Checkmate!!
A favorite present for the holidays!! The board is sleek and clean. The pieces are smooth, magnetic....easy to play with and putting away is never a chore. The board folds into a case and conceals the pieces. We haven't lost a single piece yet! Great value for the price, wonderful design, and the color options are great. Easy to transport and if you drop it, the pieces don't pop open. I love it!!!

Its good
Wish the checker pieces were magnetic. I wish one side of the check pieces had a king symbol. If you stacked them they would fall off. The chess pieces are awesome!

All-in-One and Portable
I got this chess set because my girlfriend wanted to learn how to play, and having a physical board definitely makes it easier and more fun. The set includes checkers pieces as well, which is a nice bonus, and the magnetic board is really convenient. The magnets aren't too strong, but they keep the pieces in place so nothing slides around or falls over, which I appreciate. It also comes with extra queens, which is a thoughtful touch for longer games. The board feels smooth, packs up easily, and is great to take along when traveling.

Very nice chess set. Pieces are great size easily stored in the case. Portability is nice.

It plays, price point good.
Good for the price, some of the pieces have cracks in them from the wood drying out I assume. Doesn't affect playability of course. The magnet pieces are nice, however if your cat swipes at them they will be thrown from the board with hurricane force, and fly off the table. :)
