At last, a formulation that really brings down Homocysteine levels
At last, a formulation with all bioavailable forms of B vitamins with added TMG. Even the B6 is in the form of P-5-P, which is important for nerve health. However, I bought this to help bring down my Homocysteine, which was elevated even when taking other B Complex formulas. This really did what it says on the label as it brought my Homocysteine level back down to a healthy as shown by my blood tests. I will keep buying this as it works.

This product has helped me reduce my high homocysteine due to homozygous MTHFR. I highly recommend you give it a try if you have issues with methylation.
