5-Piece Namako Blossoms Sake Set

I may have to come back and add to this review, but for now I have to post that I love this set. I got it for my husband for Christmas, so he hasn't even had a chance to use these, but they are BEAUTIFUL. The finish is lovely, the size is just right. They come in a decorative box, which is made of black cardboard but is very sturdy and the pieces fit perfectly inside, each piece in its own compartment. Very glad I purchased this.

I have the full serving set of this I ordered this as an extra Sake set I have the blue set what I got was a black sake set.

It's cute. Nothing to get excited about but if your new to sake and are not sure you want to invest in something nicer this is a good purchase. The best part about it is that the vessel holds enough so that if you are serving four each will get a second serving.

Very pretty set and it makes my cheap Sake taste better!

This is a lovely set for the price. It's obviously mass-produced, and the flowers on the bottle aren't anyone's high art, but the vessels are gracefully shaped and the glaze is charmingly irregular. Kind of a denim blue. If you like the deep style cups, rather than the wide style, this set is a very good investment. They're sturdy and dishwasher safe, without being heavy or clunky; I usually put them one each in the compartments of the utensils basket.(The cups are just as good for tequila and whiskey, too.)

This sake set is great. The dark blue with deep, deep green undertones makes for a very classy and intriguing drink set. The carafe is also deceivingly big. You can fit about 12 fl oz into it. My only wish is if the gift box it comes in was a little more robust and more refined. Cardboard is not the most interesting material to use. Other than that, good stuff.

What a perfect Sake set. Our regular dishes are deep blue and white, and this looks as though it was made for them. The color is deep and vibrant, and the design is beautiful. Could it be that the Sake actually tasted better? :-) Maybe that was because I purchased better Sake. Very nice!

The set that was sent to me is light green even though the online description is dark blue and the box says dark blue. It does not remotely look like the picture. Dark Blue Blossom Five Piece Japanese Sake Set  The pieces are small but attractive just not dark blue.
