Surprisingly Effective! Instant Relief When You Need It Most
I was super stuffed up and congested, and honestly didn’t have high expectations—but these nasal strips did exactly what they promised. As soon as I put one on, it lifted and stretched my nasal openings, and I could finally breathe again. I wasn’t expecting it to work this well! Highly recommend if you’re dealing with congestion and need quick relief. My only tip is to make sure you follow the directions so you place it in the right spot. If it’s not working, you probably placed it wrong. Also, use a warm compress to take it off—these strips are super sticky, and it would definitely hurt to rip it off dry. But honestly, I love how sticky it is because it stays put all night, which is exactly what I needed to be able to fall asleep.

IT WORKS!
THIS WORKS! As someone who has a deviated septum and suffers from all year allergies, when I sleep my nose gets stuffed and for weeks I’ve been waking up in the middle of the night to unclog my nose. However! After last night, this is a game changer! As directed I cleaned my nose and put the nasal strip where it’s supposed to go. It’s a bit tough but once it’s on it does not come off. Instantly my nose felt clear. I slept all night long and did not have to wake up to unclog my nose!NOW, for the future buyers! IT DOES NOT CURE SNORING. This product is to ease the nasal passages so that you can breathe better. If you or your partner have chronic snoring then consulting a doctor is your best option. Nasal strips are for your NOSE! NOT to cure the snoring which has more to do with tonsils & tongue placement.Hope this review helps! 10/10 recommend!

Effective and Easy to Use
These nasal strips have made a big difference in my sleep quality. They’re easy to apply, stay on all night, and noticeably improve airflow. My snoring has reduced, and I wake up feeling more rested. The adhesive holds well but is gentle on the skin when removed. Great for mild snoring or nasal congestion. I’ll definitely keep using these!

Improved Sleep!
My wife complained that I was waking her up with my snoring, so I starting searching for something to help my breathing while I sleep. I picked up some of these and gave them a try, and there was an immediate difference. I breathe better at night, and my wife is no longer complaining. I went to my ENT to have my sinuses checked and he said I have about a deviated septum and about 78% blockage in one side because of it, and recommended surgery, but said if the Breathe Right strips are at least helping, then I can continue to use them for as long as I want without any concerns. I am now using a nasal rinse and then putting a Breathe Right strip on every night before bed, and I sleep better (I might get 5-6 hours total sleep a night now, which is a huge improvement over the 2-3 I used to get), and no more snoring (or at least not enough to disturb anyone). If you snore, or have difficulty breathing, give these a try, they are amazing! They stick extremely well, and take a bit of an effort to remove in the morning, so be prepared! It is well worth it!

Works Great for Sleep - Wide nose / Oily skin
For many years, I realized my deviated septum had caused snoring, nosebleeds, and congestion. I know Breathe Right has been around for a while, but I thought it was for exercise. Recently, I decided to try them for sleep and it was a game changer. Here are some notes...Standard - Breathe Right: Works well, but does come off if you have oily skinExtra Strength - Breathe Right (clear): Works better than the standard if you have a wider nose.Extra Strength - Breathe Right (tan): Works the BEST for me as it holds all night long and seems to have the strongest adhesive compared to the clear.I'm glad I started using them. By using it, I definitely notice the difference - I breathe better at night = sleep better. I should have tried this earlier.

Not good anymore. Weak an overpriced
Considering that Breathe Right was the first brand to come out with these many years ago I've always considered them to be the default go to nasal strip when not sure about buying an untested off brand or store brand nasal strip. However, their price over the years and especially since they got bought out sometime back by GSK the price has been ridiculously high and of course the numbers included in the box have shrunk. Recently there was a discount for these so I purchased a box of supposedly extra strength and all that and they are absolutely garbage. In the disgusting endless pursuit of profit above all else, they are now thinner and smaller and even the nylon band that provides the lift to the sides of your nose is thinner and weaker. So in response to this I went back to buying the extra strength tan Equate nasal strips from Walmart. Apparently they're not available in store anymore so they'll have to be ordered online but they have free shipping so not really a big deal if you plan ahead. Do not get the clear Equate nasal strips as they do not work nearly as well. Not sure why but I've experimented more than once with these. Besides the equate tan extra strength nasal strips there are some sold on Amazon that are about $16 for 50 and they are black and they were way better than the breathe right ones as they are bigger and have more lift on your nose. I will be buying these and the Equate for now on I definitely. Please do not waste your money on any of the other ones because if they're cheap trust me it's a piece of paper over Band-Aid adhesive and nothing more. And don't mix up the good black ones with the crappy black ones as I did trying them out. There's a lesser black one that's just a black piece of paper on a Band-Aid basically and they do absolutely nothing besides not sticking more than 30 minutes. In regardless of whatever brand you buy always make sure to clear your entire nose of any oil whatsoever. I use half strength rubbing alcohol with wintergreen and even squeeze my pores to get any excess oil out and I've noticed that my nasal strips stay on a lot longer even throughout the day following the night I put them on. Formal paper dinner napkins actually work best for this because you can not only tear them in half but you can fold them and use the other side. They'ralso not that expensive.
