Will any of these fit swing top bottles used for kombucha?

They should. I have these and several would fit a reusable straw, canteen or water bottle, or glassware. I know this because I bought this set to clean my USGI canteen I hope this helps

How do i keep this product clean and/or sterile?

That kind of depends on what you're using them for. If you're doing just light dishes, just clean the brushes after use and make sure they're dry. If you're cleaning toilets, there's only so much you can do about keeping them clean obviously. I mean, these are cleaning products in and of themselves, how clean do you expect them to stay? I use mine for dishes, and they're still in pretty good shape after a few months.

Are these dishwasher safe?

Don't know Stephanie. I really only use 3 brushes. 2 of them long ones and one of the smaller UType for getting into tight spaces. I just clean them by hand. The long antennae like scopes are stainless. That's a cinch for the dishwashers
