The product is good in all aspects but one thing my normal Shoes size is 6 and I ordered the same no but it looks it is no 7 loose size

bought this product in Jan 23, and within 2-3 months inspite of occasional use soul got cracked and there is no response regarding my complaint to red chief. Total loss of money.Suggeting others also to purchase from any proper retail outlet. 3rd grade products are being sold on e-com sites. MRP's are kept so high for which product is not worth. High resolution images showing different story on website but when you actually look at the product its totally different.
