These reusable hot and cold packs have been a really solid addition to my first-aid stash. They freeze quickly, heat evenly, and stay at the right temperature long enough to be genuinely effective. Whether I’m dealing with sore muscles, a stiff neck, or a minor injury, they’re easy to use and comfortable against the skin. I also like that you get two packs, which makes it convenient to rotate them or treat different areas at the same time. They feel durable, don’t leak, and flex well enough to wrap around joints without being awkward. If you want something simple, dependable, and reusable for everyday aches and injuries, these are a great buy.

Good product but would’ve liked a stronger pouch with stronger Velcro. Ice stays cold a long time.

THIS THING IS FANTASTIC. My sciatica nerve is wrecked from an epidural and this works wonderfully to help with the pain. The only downside is you have to resoak and freeze again after a few wears. But it’s super durable and easy to use. I’ve bought 2. It fits great. Love it.

Howdy shoppers, well sadly this item is further proof that you get what you pay for- I didn’t pay much and I didn’t get much. The size is good for small jobs like hands and feet but for a large adult these wouldn’t be any good. That being said they don’t stay cold long enough to be of much use. Maybe for bumps and bruises on kids but you have to have several to be able to maintain cold on an injury. They ship dehydrated and flat and you have to soak them in water to rehydrate. I found that when I was drying mine after the soak that whatever is inside had leaked out a little near the ends of the pack. Having just had knee surgery I need ice for my joint but that ice has to stay frozen for at least 10-15 minutes to be effective. These last only about 3-5 min. Also you only get one pouch to put an ice pack in (that can be fixed to your body) and with the fast melt time switching ice packs in the pouch takes away from the effective time the pack should be on your body. I will add this caveat, my knee is very warm to the touch ( think fever warm) so this does affect the pack a little bit, but I found that handling the ice packs and moving them in and out of the pouch warms them up quickly (before ever reaching the knee). Spend the extra money on a better quality product so you can spend more time icing and less time fiddling with fast melting knock offs. If you have small kids I concede that for minor ouches these could be just enough to soothe, but that’s where their true efficacy ends. Well that’s my two cents! Good luck!
