This is heavy and I really don't think I would put it on fine hair. I've never used Batana Oil, but I don't care if I ever use it again. It weighed down my hair so bad and made it feel so gross. It took numerous times of washing my hair to even make it feel somewhat normal again. I ended up having to use the blue dish soap that they use to wash the ocean animals after an oil spill to get the oily/grease build-up out of my hair. That's the only thing that finally worked. I think that there is definitely a different product that you can find that will do great things to your hair. This one isn't it.

[BRAND]: ENVISHA [ITEM]: Batana Oil- 100% Pure and Natural Batana Oil,Dr. Sebi Batana Oil from Honduras - Nourish Strengthen Prevent Hair Loss,Prevent Dry Hair & Eliminate Hair Split Ends [ITEM FORM]: Oil [SIZE]: 4 Fl Oz [INGREDIENTS]: Batana Oil (Elaeis Oleifera Kernel Oil) [UPC]: 784154945706 [ASIN]: B0DJ38X9NJ As someone with fine hair that has become noticeably thinner and lifeless due to a long battle with anemia and iron infusions, I was eager to add ENVISHA Batana Oil to my hair regrowth and repair routine. Unfortunately, I don't think it's going to be a good match for my hair. I found that the amount of shampoo and conditioner needed to remove the oil from my hair was excessive, which would likely strip my hair more than not using it in the first place. This is disappointing because, while I'm not sure about its long-term volumizing effects, it definitely adds a pretty shine. However, I was actually prepared for this outcome, since I've always had issues with hair oils and masks leaving my hair looking like it's been dunked in a vat of oil with the french fries. If you're new to Batana oil and have experienced similar "drowning rat" hair outcomes from other oil treatments, you might want to skip this one. However, if you've had good luck with Batana or other oil treatments, this product seems to be of nice quality. While it may not work for my hair, I will definitely use it for my skin and can recommend it for that purpose.

I'm no expert on batana oil, but this has the color and texture that batana oil should have. Be aware this stuff is heavy, like much heavier oil than coconut oil is. I used this in the evening and even after shampooing my hair twice, I woke up with batana oil residue in my hair. The heaviness is part of why it is so moisturizing, but it's still something to keep in mind. I did a test for yall. I put the batana oil on the mids to ends of my hair on my left side only. I put coconut oil on the mids to ends of my right side only, to have something to compare it to. I left it in my hair for 30 mins. I dual-shampooed and conditioned. I took a pic the next morning. The side I'm pointing to is the side I used the batana oil on. You can see how it still looks greasy as compared to the right side. My recommendation is you using a clarifying shampoo, or possibly shampoo three times. Of course, this might differ based on your hair type. I have thick, coarse, wavy hair. So far since using this, I've noticed the waves in my hair are more defined and pretty. I'll update this review after I use the whole container up to see if it had any long-term positive effects.

I tried this batana oil and was not impressed. It was extremely difficult to get it out of my hair! It took 4 washings over two days to get it out. It didn't have much of a smell, but even that wasn't particularly good. On the plus side, today my hair feels great, soft and shiny. I tried another brand of batana oil - it washed out easily and left my hair feeling like I had just had a salon deep conditioning treatment. I'm not sure what the difference between the two brands is, but I'll stick with that brand from here on out.

This is not Batana oil, or it is not 100% Batana oil. This product has a smell that is nothing like coffee. It smells like cooking oil after it sat. I thought it was just me, so I let it sit for a while, then opened the jar again,, same smell. If you look at my picture you will see these weird circles in the. “Butter”. They shouldn’t be there. Despite these warning signs I went forward with my absorption test. I placed a #mall amount on my arm and slightly rubbed it in. An hour later it was still sitting on my skin, this mean no absorption.. ultimately what this means for your hair and scalp is product build up. I do not recommend this product at all. ⭐️
